Pietasters--> Played at Carter Barron Ampitheater in Washington D.C. on August 1, 1999. Will be performing in Providence, RI at Lupo's on August 4. Next gig is at Toads Place in New Haven, CT on August 5. It's off to the Middle East in Cambridge, MA on August 6. Off to CLEVELAND (YAY!) on August 11 at Euclid Tavern, then to Scraton, PA on August 12 at Tink's. On August 13 they will be in NYC and back to D.C. on August 14 at the Black Cat. The Black Cat is located near the 9:30 Club which is on 16th Street.
Eastern Standard Time--> Opened for the PieTasters at Carter Barron on August 1. Band members Eli and Phil were interviewed by Ingrid Savareese for the "Pimp up the Volume" radio show she hosts at Columbia U. in NYC.

My name is Fa Mulan. I disgraced my family and earned dishonor for my family, but only, ONLY at first. They say women can't fight nor can speak unless spoken to. This is BULL. Women have minds, and therefore have freedom of expression. But they almost took that away from women and in few countries they shamefully continue to do so until this day. I commend Fa Mulan whether or not she is just a ficitional character. True bravery and grace she did depict as most women often do and, as most women often do as well, did so in secrecy. Ok, for real? This part is boring, so you might wanna skip over to another section. My name is Stephania Leland and I am a chocoholic. Ever since I can remember, I have been addicted to chocolate. This isn't necessarily bad, it's just not all that thrilling really. To make a long story short (too late), I was born in Yo Mommasville, Maryland, a small town outside of the Washington, D.C. area. God blessed me with some sanity throughout my childhood, as it was quite necessary I did posess some sanity living with mostly females in the household..."AHHH Another girl!"
